Well, it has been a busy baking weekend this weekend. The troops have been home, and they seem to have hollow legs. So, I go to and made cup cakes, raspberry and white chocolate muffins and choc chip cookies. At the moment there are ginger scones in the oven to have with ginger jam and cream. Wicked I know, but nice!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I will pop a photo of them up later.
